Trained in Le Cordon Bleu Paris school, then in multiple Michelin establishments as well as 5 star Hotels of Paris, he started making crepes at age 5.
One day, he posted his first Instagram recipe; the crêpe recipe. It blew up and made him very famous. He also had a huge 6 pack the whole time. In fact, he made this crêpe recipe because it has 12 eggs per liter. It was all a question of protein. Crazy innit?
From this video’s success, he decided to keep posting more recipes, and viewers loved it. He literally became the most famous French Chef with 6 pack.
This Cookbook is a compilation of his first successful recipes, that he deemed are the most important to learn in order to improve your cooking skills but also your health, by proving that healthy cooking IS delicious, and can be EASY. The Chef is lazy. Trust me. He will NOT complicate his life with annoying recipes.
